- Only one entry per booking is allowed.
- Bookings made through external agencies or third-party platforms will not be accepted.
- NOT VALID for bookings that are cancelled and rebooked after 25/07/25.
1. Organising Company
The giveaway is organised by Hotel Tahití Playa, located at Passeig Marítim, s/n, 08398 Santa Susanna (Barcelona), with VAT number A08139339.
2. Purpose of the Giveaway
To encourage bookings for the period between 15 August and 15 September 2025 by rewarding customer loyalty with a free stay in summer 2026.
3. Entry Requirements
All individuals who make a direct booking on www.tahitiplaya.com or by phone from 25 July 2025 for stays between 15 August and 15 September 2025 are eligible.
Only one entry per booking is allowed.
Bookings made through external agencies or third-party platforms will not be accepted.
NOT VALID for bookings that are cancelled and rebooked after 25/07/25.
4. Prize
The winner will receive a free stay in 2026 under the same conditions as the original booking: same duration, room type, board basis, and equivalent dates (according to calendar).
5. Giveaway Draw
The draw will take place on 17 September 2025 and will be conducted randomly among all valid bookings. The winner will be announced on social media and contacted by email or phone.
6. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted personally using the contact details provided in the booking. If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days or declines the prize, a new draw will be held.
7. Prize Acceptance
The prize is non-exchangeable for cash or for dates other than those specified.
8. Data Protection
Participation implies the processing of the participant’s personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
9. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the giveaway implies full acceptance of these legal terms.
