  • What’s the difference between the Non-Refundable Rate and the Extra Flex Rate?
    With the NRF rate, the Hotel will charge 100% at the time of booking. It is non-refundable in case of cancellation, changes or no-show. With the Extra Flex rate, you’ll receive a link 15 days before your arrival to pay 30% as a deposit. You can cancel or modify your booking up to 72 hours before arrival. If you cancel late or don’t show up, the Hotel will charge 100% of the deposit.
  • Why is it better to book on the official website?
    Booking on the official website guarantees your holiday at the best price, with no middlemen. Enjoy exclusive promotions, unique benefits, and added value.
     
    100% secure bookings. Your browser will confirm at checkout that the site is secure, using an encrypted connection and displaying the green padlock. Your data will be handled according to data protection laws, and your credit card details will be stored in a secure system accessible only by us. Direct handling of special requests. No one knows our hotel better than our own team. We’re here to help with anything you need regarding your booking.
     
    You can tell us your preferences or highlight anything essential for your stay. We also assign our guests the best available room within their selected category whenever possible.
  • Is there a price difference between the website and the hotel?
    Our reservations team will offer you the same rates as shown on our website. If you have any request or special need, they’ll help you arrange it.
  • I’ve received an email from “no-reply@acigrup.com” asking me to pay the deposit. Is it legitimate?
    Yes, Acigrup is our booking engine provider, and this email is used to process a secure payment.
  • The prices have changed overnight. What happened?
    Our prices vary depending on supply and demand. We also launch special offers with limited availability. For this reason, prices may change from one day to the next.
  • Can I make a group booking?
    To make a group booking, please get in touch with us by filling out the contact form.
  • I’ve made a booking but haven’t received the confirmation. What should I do?
    If you haven’t received your booking confirmation, please contact our reservations team to check that your email address is correct.
  • Can I make changes to my booking?
    Yes, as long as the booking was made through our website or by phone, and the changes are requested by email. The hotel cannot modify bookings made through a travel agency, whether online or in person. If you chose a Non-Refundable rate, changes will NOT be possible.
  • What’s included in each board type?
    Bed and Breakfast: Breakfast
    Half Board: Breakfast and dinner
    Full Board: Breakfast, lunch and dinner
  • Are drinks included with lunch or dinner?
    No, drinks are not included in the half board or full board rates; they carry an additional cost.
  • Can I change my board type?
    Yes. You can request an upgrade to a higher board type, with a small supplement per person per day. We recommend notifying us at least 15 days in advance.
  • Can I cancel my booking?
    For security reasons, cancellations must be made in writing. The booking holder must send an email including the booking reference they wish to cancel, or use the confirmation email if the booking was made through our website. The date we receive your request will be considered the cancellation date and will be confirmed as soon as possible. Cancellations by phone will not be accepted. If you booked a non-refundable rate: 100% of the booking amount must still be paid and cancellation is not possible.
  • Do children get special discounts?
    Babies aged 0 to 3 stay free throughout the season. Children aged 4 to 7 stay free during low season and get 50% off in high season when accompanied by two adults (see KIDS FREE offer). Children aged 8 and over receive a 30% discount all season long when accompanied by two adults.
  • What time can I arrive at the hotel?
    Check-in time: from 2:00 p.m. We offer a luggage storage service if you arrive before 2:00 p.m. and your room is not yet available.
  • What time do I have to check out?
    Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. We offer our Last Day Room service so you can store your luggage and enjoy our facilities on your last day.
  • What happens if I arrive after midnight?
    No problem at all — reception is open 24 hours a day.
  • What documents do I need to provide?
    You can check in online through our website or, if you prefer, upon arrival our reception staff will ask for your booking confirmation and the ID card or passport of each guest.
  • Can you store my luggage during the day if I’ve already checked out of the room?
    Yes, please ask at reception and we will store your luggage free of charge on your departure day so you can continue enjoying the hotel facilities.
  • Is there a tourist tax to pay?
    The tourist tax is a government charge applied to stays in tourist establishments such as hotels and holiday apartments in Catalonia. In accordance with current regulations, the tax is not included in the room price and must be paid directly at the hotel. Guests are required to pay this tax at check-in. The rate is €1.32 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights. Guests aged 16 or under are exempt.
  • Do all rooms have sea views?
    All rooms offer sea views, either side or front facing.
  • Are the rooms outward-facing?
    All rooms have a balcony or terrace with views of the sea and/or the pool.
  • Is there a fridge in the room?
    All rooms are equipped with a mini-bar.
  • Does the hotel provide cots?
    Cots are available upon request and subject to availability. They cost €8 per night, except in VIP rooms where they are included.
  • What are the restaurant opening hours?
    Breakfast: 7:30 – 10:00
    Lunch: 13:00 – 14:30 (Available only at the Moorea Restaurant)
    Dinner: 19:00 – 21:30
     
  • Are there food options for different diets such as halal, vegan, vegetarian, diabetic, or gluten-free?
    Yes, when you arrive at the restaurant, please inform the maître d’ if you have any intolerance or special dietary requirements, and we will let you know what you can eat.
  • What is included in the VIP services?
    VIP services include:
    – Drink pack in the room
    – Daily cocktail at 12 p.m. by the pool
    – Reserved sunbed area for VIP guests
    – Free cot and safe
  • Do you have parking available?
    Parking is subject to availability upon arrival at the hotel. The general rate is €15 per day, except in July and August (€25 per day), with a refundable deposit of €40. If no spaces are available at the hotel, there are free outdoor parking areas nearby, as well as a paid covered car park.
  • Are pets allowed?
    Pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs.
  • Do you organise transfers to and from the airport?
    We do not offer this service. You can take a taxi directly to the airport or check the “How to get here” section.
  • Does the hotel offer free internet access?
    Guests can enjoy free WIFI throughout the hotel, both in the common areas and in the rooms.
  • Do you offer towel rental for the pool and the beach?
    We provide beach towels. A refundable deposit of €10 per towel is required.
  • Do you rent sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach?
    We do not offer this service.
  • What type of training is available?
    We offer a daily activity programme led by our entertainment team, with options for both adults and children (crafts, mini disco, shows…). We also have a gym that was opened in 2025.
  • Do you offer a babysitting service to look after my children?
    We do not offer a babysitting service, but we do have a Mini Club where children can enjoy supervised play activities led by our entertainment team. The minimum age to attend alone is 6 years old; children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Do you have a massage room and a gym?
    Yes, we have a massage room offering personalised treatments and a gym that was opened in 2025.
  • Do you have a swimming pool?
    We have swimming pools and an outdoor jacuzzi, open throughout the season.
  • What are the hotel’s opening dates?
    We generally open one week before Easter and close one week after Halloween. For the 2025 season, we will be open from 12 April to 11 November.
  • By car:
    If you’re travelling from Barcelona, take the Maresme motorway C-32. Once you reach Calella, take exit 122 and follow the N-II to Santa Susanna. If you’re coming from Girona, take the N-II towards Blanes (via the C-35 at Vidreres from the AP-7 or A-2), and then continue on the N-II to Santa Susanna.
  • By plane:
    Barcelona – El Prat Airport is 50 minutes away and Girona – Costa Brava Airport is 30 minutes away by car.
  • By train:
    From Barcelona, you can reach our hotel via the R1 and RG1 train lines towards Blanes, Maçanet – Massanes or Portbou.
  • What payment options do I have when booking?
    You can choose between two types of rate:
    Non-Refundable Rate: 100% payment by card at the time of booking through our website.
    Flexible Rate: 30% payment at the time of booking and the remaining 70% upon arrival, by card or in cash (see conditions below).
  • With the Flexible Rate, can I pay the remaining amount in cash?
    Yes, we accept cash within the legal limits:
    Residents in Spain: up to €1,000
    Foreign visitors: up to €10,000
    Only notes up to €100 are accepted, due to change limitations.
  • Do you accept American Express (AMEX) cards?
    Yes, we accept AMEX and other major cards for payments.
  • Is a deposit required during the stay?
    Yes, some deposits must be paid in cash for the use of certain items, such as:
    -Pool towels
    -Parking remote control
    -Table tennis paddles
    -Gym key
    The exact amount will be informed upon arrival and refunded when the items are returned in good condition.
